I came across the liven app quite recently and decided to try it — the impressions are very interesting. It's not just a habit tracker, but something like partner in self-development. The app helps you take a different look at your thoughts, analyze internal dialogues and supports you in moments when anxiety or uncertainty hits.
It has become easier for me to record my emotional states and not drown in self-flagellation. It is especially valuable that it gently pushes you towards conscious decisions, and not just "do it every day".
