In this article, we will show you how to download, install and activate TomTom Navigator 7.910 on your Windows CE device, using a PC and a SD card. You will also need a map file for the region you want to navigate, and a tool to unlock the map.

Step 1: Download TomTom Navigator 7.910

The first step is to download the TomTom Navigator 7.910 software for Windows CE devices. You can find it online by searching for the keyword "tomtom.navigator.7.910.wince.rar". One of the possible sources is [^1^], where you can download a file called TomTom_PC.rar that contains the software and an emulator for Windows XP.

Alternatively, you can also download a file called EMTNPC.rar from [^3^], which contains the software and an emulator for Windows CE 5.

After downloading the file, extract it to your PC using a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip.

Step 2: Copy the Software and Map to Your SD Card

The next step is to copy the TomTom Navigator 7.910 software and the map file to your SD card. You will need a SD card reader for your PC, or a USB cable to connect your device to your PC.

First, insert your SD card into your PC or device, and format it as FAT32 if it is not already formatted.

Then, open the folder where you extracted the TomTom_PC.rar or EMTNPC.rar file, and copy the entire contents to the root of your SD card.

Next, you will need a map file for the region you want to navigate. You can find map files online by searching for "TomTom Navigator 7 maps". One of the possible sources is [^2^], where you can download map files for different countries and regions.

After downloading the map file, copy it to the same folder where you copied the TomTom Navigator 7.910 software on your SD card.

Step 3: Unlock the Map

The final step is to unlock the map file using a tool called FastActivate.exe. This tool can be found online by searching for "FastActivate.exe TomTom". One of the possible sources is [^4^], where you can download a file called FastActivate Premium Edition v1.8.9.rar that contains the tool.

After downloading the file, extract it to your PC using a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip.

Then, insert your SD card into your PC or device again, and copy the FastActivate.exe file to the same folder where you copied the TomTom Navigator 7.910 software and map file on your SD card.

Next, run the FastActivate.exe file on your PC or device, and follow the instructions on the screen to unlock the map file.

Step 4: Start TomTom Navigator

You are now ready to start TomTom Navigator on your Windows CE device. To do so, insert your SD card into your device, and run the TT7 Navigator.exe file from the folder where you copied the software and map file.

If you are using Windows CE 6.0 or 4.2, you will need to start TomTom Navigator with a route planned, otherwise you might encounter a memory problem. To plan a route, you can use the emulator for Windows XP or Windows CE 5 that came with the software.

To use the emulator, unzip the WinCE5_Emulator folder or WinCE5 e0e6b7cb5c
